Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Isaiah Fleming and Trevor Warren ("we", "us"), who run Pamo. By using Pamo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Pamo is in testing

This is a test version. Features may change or disappear, things may break, and we may need to reset or remove data while we're testing. Please send us feedback; that's what testing is for.

Who can use Pamo

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for your account: keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using it. One person per account, and use your real name.

Running safely

Pamo helps people find each other to run together. We don't organize, supervise, or vet the clubs, runs, or people on Pamo, and we can't guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. You take part in runs at your own risk. Run within your limits, check with a doctor if you have health concerns, meet in public places, and use your own judgment. Distances, paces, badges, and other numbers in Pamo are for fun and motivation. They aren't medical or training advice.

Community rules

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send anything that is:

Don't misuse the app: no automated access, no trying to get around limits or security, and no meetups set up to harm or deceive people.

You can report posts, comments, photos, clubs, and people, and block anyone. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store, display, and share it inside Pamo, as needed to run the app and with the people you choose. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account (except copies others already saved, and short-lived backups).

Clubs and officers

Club officers create runs, approve members, post announcements, and can remove content and members from their club. Officers are users, not our staff, and are responsible for the runs and information they post.

Other services

Pamo works with services like Apple Health, Instagram, Apple and Google sign-in, and maps. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for them. Apple is not responsible for Pamo or its content, and Apple's standard terms for apps also apply to you.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access to Pamo if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the app.

No warranties

Pamo is provided "as is" and "as available", especially while it's in testing. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at runs or between people who met through Pamo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using Pamo after that, you accept the new terms.
